La Pierre

This batch of wine was created using an unprecedented technique: it is aged in a limestone vat, allowing the grapes to reflect the story of their birthplace. In order to create this vat, the Croisilles hired a local artisan to carve the vat from a limestone rock. The grapes are sourced from a parcel of land with Siderolithic limestone soil whose altitude is 300 meters (approximately 984 feet). These grapes are then aged in the hand-carved limestone vat.

The resulting wine is bursting with freshness, mineral notes and energy.
